Guests praised the hotel near downtown Denver for the service, overall atmosphere and meals at The Bistro – Eat. Drink. Connect. Flight attendant dmhair of Fairfield, CT, thanked the employees "who made my first stay here pleasant, warm and welcoming." Guest Vincent N of Toronto is a "huge fan of the Courtyard chain" and said the rooms were "clean, tidy and pleasant." Vincent also said the hotel was "almost home away from home." Guest MrsSprinkle enjoyed the fresh salmon and the Maryland crab cakes at the hotel's casual, café-style eatery, saying "having just spent 3 weeks eating in fine restaurants … we were stunned to find that the best meal we had was here at The Bistro!"
